Materials
We're working on formal investor materials. In the meantime, everything below is available on request by email.
Phase-by-phase build plan, acceptance criteria, technical architecture, and funding ask. Includes LeonBark spec and pipeline contribution architecture.
End-to-end architecture (Arcade + Civic), database schemas, Canadian infrastructure stack, Vancouver pilot design, and revenue model.
Inter-Entity Agreement (working draft), Articles of Incorporation, Mission Guardrails, and board resolution package. Full legal documentation available to serious investors.
Funding stream analysis for both LEON and Parler: NRC IRAP, CDMN, digital-equity streams, civic-tech funders, and democratic-participation grants.
The non-profit's full public governance package, pipeline architecture, and mission documentation. Publicly available at cloudcommonscanada.org.
Process
We keep the process simple. We're not a corporation with a 12-week diligence cycle. We're a small team with well-documented projects and a clear governance structure.
Email us at gregory@cloudcommonslabs.ca with what you're interested in and what you'd want to know. No template required.
Within 48 hours. With the relevant materials, a clear answer to what you asked, and a suggestion for next steps if there's a fit.
A 30-minute call. No deck required on your end. We'll have the technical and governance documentation ready for any question you bring.
The Parent Organisation
The ethical data pipeline, governance framework, and public-interest data commons are owned and operated by Cloud Commons Canada, the non-profit. If your questions are about that infrastructure rather than Labs' products, Cloud Commons Canada is the right contact.
